All judgments are taken on assignment to Delta Judgment Recovery, filed with the court and Delta Judgment Recovery becomes the assignee of record and the additional JC (Judgment Creditor).

In other words, for the purpose of collecting a judgment,
Delta Judgment Recovery becomes you.

Delta Judgment Recovery then pursues the JD (Judgment Debtor) through the legal system, the courts, the Sheriff's Office, and any other recovery resources available according to the laws of the State of California and the US Government to facilitate the collection of the debt.

Delta Judgment Recovery is not a collection agency, but a full service judgment recovery service; and as an assignee, acquires all the rights and powers of the original judgment creditor; you.

There are no up front costs to you, the judgment creditor. Delta Judgment Recovery advances all fees and funds to make the recovery happen. The greater majority of costs are recoverable through the court system and are reimbursed to Delta Judgment Recovery via this resource.

All other expenses are deducted from the recovered judgment before distribution. After recovery, all proceeds are distributed between the judgment creditor and the assignee according to a percentage determined prior to the assignment.
